Roslan started his carrier in CNC operations in the aerospace industry in Singapore in the early 1990’s before moving to Australia. His work in the aerospace industry continued with the giant aircraft manufacturer Hawker de Havilland (later known as Boeing Australia). His experience and skills gained during this period, of over 12 years, included process and quality engineering in the organisation.
Whilst in Hawker de Havilland he successfully completed the Advanced Diploma of Engineering Technology and the Diploma of Management in the Chisholm Institute in Victoria, Australia. It was also at this time that he was involved in the training and development and helped review the quality training and assessment modules in Hawker de Havilland quality department.
He furthered his studies in this field gaining the Certificate 4 and Diploma of Workplace Training and Assessment (Melbourne University). In preparing himself to better develop more effective training and development for the organisation, he successfully completed the Bachelor of Adult Learning and Development in Monash University, Victoria, Australia in 2005. In 2011 he successfully completed the Masters of education (specialising Leadership, Policy and Change). The next few years Roslan was involved in the building construction industry as a Quality and Safety Manager. This led him to successfully complete the Diploma of OHS.
Iftikhar Baig is a qualified and certified Quality, Environment, Health & Safety and Social Accountability lead auditor who have spent over 9 years in the field management system consultancy and auditing. He is currently holding post-graduation degree in Mechanical Designing, and he is having a degree Certified Human Resource Professional.
Iftikhar Baig having extensive management, training, auditing and consultancy experience, both in manufacturing and service industry. Additional strengths include management systems development and auditing based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, SA 8000, WRAP, and International Buyer Code of Conduct (COC), Supply Chain Security Management (TAPA and C-TPAT), HR management and project management.
Iftikhar Baig has performed more than 1000 certification and supply chain audits in the domain of Quality, Social Accountability, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety & Supply Chain & Security Management System. He has performed highest number of social compliance audits in all sectors including those done with International reputed auditors for SA 8000 and International buyers code of conduct mainly Wal-Mart, Shopko, K-Mart, Nestle, McDonalds, Coca Cola.
He has delivered several presentation and lectures in the area of Social Accountability, CSR, C-TPAT all over country. He has been a Hon. Visiting faculty member of different commercial and non-commercial institute of Pakistan.
He is also a register business improvement auditor from Exemplar Global – Australia registration number 109229. Iftikhar has conducted serval register, accredited and unaccredited quality, environmental and health & safety, social accountability and supply chain security courses.
Iftikhar Baig has been a part of many technical institutes for their member’s training programs and delivering lectures and training programs to member’s organization and their employees.
